Where do I start???
Ok I am determine that I want to excersize more. I would love to have that love for running that so many people have but I havent run in a little bit longer than forever lol.. I cant afford going to the gym but I live in a kind of safe neighborhood and have a schedule that I can go at a decent time for a walk/ jog whatever. Where do I start? I really want to do something, please help. OH Forgot to mention I need to loose weight I am like 35-45 pound over where I believe I should and my main weight is on top (38 DD-DDD).

Re: Where do I start???
What if you started by doing jogging/walking intervals?
Maybe warm up with walking for 5 minutes or so and then run for a few minutes and then walk again to recover? I think that might be a good way to start!

Do the first week, and if you feel you are not ready for week 2, do week one again! I did week 3 twice bc I was scared of week 4 lol
I try to run on Mon/ Wed/ Fri- and try to go to zumba class on Tues/Thurs, but if I can't make it I try to at least get a pilates dvd in
weekends off!!!

Re: Where do I start???
Also keep in mind that a lot of gyms and studios have really cheap "beginner" packages if you want to throw in a couple classes here and there to change up your routine.
(i.e. the hot yoga studio I go to offers 10 days of unlimited hot yoga for $20.00).
Classes can be extremely motivating too :D.

hot yoga is soooo amazing. I go to Bikram Yoga - they have studios in Bayport & E. Setauket. I believe mzsocialworker goes to a studio in Massapequa?
It's so worth a try.

Re: Where do I start???
Yup. I go to the studio in Massapequa. It's on Sunrise next to Ciao Baby.
I was hoping to go to the 3PM today but DH is still not home from work.

Re: Where do I start???
Hon, I'm about where you are!!! I want to lose about 30/35 lbs. and my weight is on top too!!! What can I say, it's genetic!!! But when I have lost weight before, I still didn't lose much on top, which I'd like too, because my back hurts, and I don't have $$ for surgery!!! Here's praying we're both successful in our goals!!!! Mary
