in most Catholic Churches you can buy them
also, funeral homes will have them

cenacle prayer enrollment in ronkonkoma. you can call them and have it mailed directly.

I get them every day in the mail. I got mine from St. Jude's when I made a donation and think once you start they keep sending them to you. I'm afraid I don't know where else...
You could FM me your address and I will send you one with the form and everything. I have a huge collection!!!

No problem The form is what you send back to the religious organization that provided the card. You state on it who the Mass is for.

You need to go to a rectory of a church. They will ask you what date you want the mass said and then they will write the name in a book. Then if the family wants to they can go to the church on the day of the mass.
Your Mom may have a sympathy card for you, not a mass card.

The one I just gave a friend for her grandfather was just his name, no date. I believe they include his name in the next mass that they do. It was from the Friars at Graymoor.
