Where do you get packages delivered?

I always get packages delivered to my office, because we're never home to get them and end up with a notice and having to go to UPS to pick it up or reschedule, which is a pain.

Of course, the package that I was expecting today I forgot to put our office suite # on and instead of calling me (why do they bother to ask for a phone #?), they just updated my tracking online, so now I have to wait until tomorrow.

I always get it sent to my house unless it is something that has to be signed for. Then I send it to the office.

I always have things sent to my work, that way I get it right away and I don't have to worry about it sittiing out on our front porch all day.

Thats why I despise UPS. I usually have it sent to work too, and once I forgot the suite #, and they entered it as "Wrong address, try to find correct address". Ok, well if you thought it was the wrong address why didn't you call????

So now I even put the company name along with my name in the ship to, so even if the suite # isn't there, they can look it up on the building directory. Sorry for anyone who works at UPS (or knows people) but they are so freakin lazy!!! If we get delivery at home they are supposed to deliver to our management office if we are not home, but they NEVER do.

i always get packages delivered home but my landlord is ALWAYS there and accepts them for me. but thinking about it now, i really should get them delivered to work. i order alot online though and might feel funny about my co-workers seeing all my packages.

Unless it's really heavy, I have packages shipped to the office. There's always someone here. I am lucky that the super will take the packages but it's not always convenient to get them from him either.



And my UPS gripe story: I ordered something online with overnight delivery. UPS allegedly showed up the next day without delivering my package even though I was home. They told the vendor that I moved. They couldn't answer when I asked the CSR at the vendor "Why would I pay express overnight delivery for a package if I was planning to move the same day?"

I have everything sent to the house unless I need to sign for it. If I have to sign for it and it's small, I'll have it sent to the office. I'd really rather not have to commute on the LIRR with all of our packages!

Home. The UPS guy always leaves packages by the side door, which is not visible from the street.

I don't like personal items to be delivered to my office.

Always at home- my job has banned personal packages coming to the office.
