Where do you get your hair cut in NYC?
I just found out that the hairdresser I've been using has left and didn't leave a forwarding address.  He was the best hairdresser I've ever used and the price was reasonable. Where do you get your hair cut and how much do you pay? TIA.

Alice on 70th & 2nd. i think she's reasonable for the city and ive been going to her for 4yrs and still love her  i dont know what the haircut costs bc its always combined with my color.

I go to Cutler on 57th between Lex and Park. I have gone to a couple of people there and have loved the results. Justin and Jenny B are both great. Justin is $120 and Jenny is $100.

Here are 2 places that I used to go to -
Donna at Lovella at 68th & 2nd Ave
Edge at D&B on 23rd street.

Is that between 7th & 8th?
I used to go there when I worked on 7th & 25th.
I can't remember the name of the girl I went to, but I liked her & I haven't gotten a haircut since my job moved!
They are very affordable for NYC. I used to pay about $45, I think.

This is where I went when I lived there. LOVED my last haircut. The owner, Anthony, is awesome. And it's under $60...unheard of for that location.

I go to Lori at Inspirations on Madison and 39th. A cut is about $45.
ETA: It's on 39th, between Madison and 5th.

I go to Q hair in the village. Karla was voted best hairdresser by New York Mag a few years ago when she worked at Space in Soho. Since then she opened her own salon with her husband. THey were voted best salon for brunettes by the same mag.

Cutler Salon in NYC. I go to Carlos and pay $85.
I also get my color done there by Ivan....single process $90.
