Where do you look for decorating inspiration?
So I am starting pretty much from scratch and having such a hard time! Where do u look for good Living Room, Dining room etc. ideas - from furniture to curtains to wall hangings? TIA!

I love the David Bromstad style and have copied/saved many picture files from his shows website.

HGTV...
specifically:
Divine Design - Candace Olson is terrific. I really, really, really love her style. She decorates for your personality.
Myles of Style - Kim's got great quirky ideas. Bookcase arranged by colors anyone?
Kenneth Brown - he did a show reDesign - he has GREAT ideas, great vision. I fell in love with animal prints b/c of him. A little goes a long way.
And of course, David Bromstad - looooooove him. He inspired me to embrace my orange LR couches.

HGTV for sure. I watch it all the time. Magazines, LIF - look at everyone's albums. Even if you just Google a style you like or a color....it comes up with pics and websites to look at. I can look at it all day long.

I love house beautiful and Domino. Whenever DH and I want a "cheap" date we head over to border's, buy latte's and read magazine's. I always turn to these.
I also lover Rate My Space on HGTV.com

I love all of these except I haven't seen Kenneth Brown. My faves are David and Candace(Candace's rooms are expensive though) I want a David Bromstad original piece of art-he makes it look so easy!
