Where do you store your flour?
The coffee question got me thinking...
I never got one of those airtight canisters and I probably should, but I put my flour in the freezer b/c my mom always did and when I first moved in with DH and put the flour in the freezer he said he never heard of it.
Where do you store yours?

I keep mine in an air tight container in the fridge. ( I usually leave it in the bag until I have enough that I can fit it into the container). I store my sugar the same way.

airtight canister on my counter...if it doesnt all fit then I keep it in its bag in a ziplock on top of my cabinet

I keep my flour in a jar on my counter, I like to bake and I go through it quite quickly.

Ditto, except for the sugar. Sugar is triple bagged in the cupboard.

I keep mine in an air tight container in a cabinet. I leave whatever doesn't fit in the bag, then in a ziplock until I have enough that I can fit it into the container. I store my sugar the same way.

in the original package slipped into a ziplock bag... then in a cabinet.
why put flour in the freezer? I know wholewheat can go rancid quickly, but regular all-purpose is fine at room temp...
(I have a small freezer... I never understood how people can store so much stuff in their freezers.. unless they have a spare in the garage or basement)

 never heard of that , wouldnt it get moist & lumpy... I store mine in in these tupperware containers that my mom gave me , looks like a creal kinda holder

In an airtight tupperware container (sort of like the kind for cereal) in the pantry. Same for sugar.
