Where should I go to find...
a dress for a wedding? I wear about XL/16/18 depending on the style. I don't want to spend over $75 and I don't feel like driving all they way out to Estelle's.
Does Dress Barn/Fashion Bug carry nice dresses for weddings??
I'm going to check out Marshalls & Macys as well.
I live in HOlbrook

You might get lucky at Dress Barn or Fashion bug and get a good price. If not I would stick to Macy's - look for a coupon in the paper or something.

Can't go online, the wedding is next weekend, plus I don't want to spend more than $75, and I don't think Nordstroms is in that budget. Thanks anyway

I know right. Well the dress I wore to Smitty and Heather's wedding I was going to wear to Colleen and Scotts but it didn't look right when I tried it on (gotta love the extra baggage I've put on).
SOO now I've gotta go out on a hunt. I'm hoping to find something tonight.

I was in JCpenny in Smithhaven and didn't see anything, but I may try there again.
Thanks!!! I think I'm heading to Smithhaven tonight with my sister. Fingers crossed. If I don't find anything, I'll be at Marshalls/Fashion Bug/Dress Barn tomorrow.

I don't think they do  If anything you could probably find a plain black dress that you could dress up with some jewelry.

I actually did, everything in my size was BM dresses, way too dressy as a guest.
I think I should find something at Macys, Sears or Penny's tonight.
