Where to buy men's suits...
DH needs a new suit. He finally admits that the 2 he has just don't fit anymore AND they're close to 10 yrs old. At this point in time, he'll wear it once a year, tops. Any recommendations on where to go in the Commack area? How much would a decent one run?

You can find some nice, name brand suits at Burlington Coat Factory. Reasonably priced (under $200) and they will tailor them there for you.

we got FH a great suit from Karako in Selden; they had it tailored and done in 2 days!! And with a shirt and tie we spent around $300, I think. FH is 6'7" and they had the best quality and selection.

mens wearhouse has pretty good suits. and a few weeks ago lots of stuff was on sale. not sure if thats the case now.
DH has suits from there and they're great quality good looking suits.

Thanks! I think Selden may be a little out of the way, but Burlington and Men's warehouse are worth a shot. I wasn't sure what the quality would be like, but considering he doesn't need it every day, sounds like a plan.

if you're in Commack, you definitely should look into Syms. my DH has bought a few suits there, so has my Dad.
DH got a Ralph Lauren suit there for under $300. they carry really good quality suits starting at around $200

Is there a Sym's in the area? They have great deals on suits and they have a superblowout sale in June every year.
