I would try a teacher's supply store
I saw easels at Toy'r'us but not sure if they have smocks

I don't remember seeing them at Michael's but I would expect to find them there so its worth a try.
I have seen them at The Educational Warehouse and The Learning Express

If this is for Pre-K, they asked us for an old shirts. I've seen smocks at TRU too.
