Where to go for dinner tomorrow night?--Nassau
DH and I are going out, thanks to my sis babysitting ( Kdelace rocks )
now with the Mets out of the playoffs we can go somehwhere without the eye on the clock to rush and watch the game)
give me somewhere really yummy in Nassau, I am talking RVC, Franklin Square-ish, of course Long Beach area...will maybe go somewhere farther if it's SUPER good.

How about Waterzooi in RVC? I havent been to that one but the one in garden city is really good!

I do enkoy that place...not sure if I am in the mood for a trough of mussels though...hmmmmmm
any really good steakhouses around?
I mean GOOD, had a bad experience at Jimmy Hays last time I went

as for steakhouses - i am more familiar with the North shore but if you dont want to travel that far - Ruth's Chris by roosevelt field is great. If you dont mind coming up north - my favorite is Morton's. I think they are doing a special right now - I will take a look and FM you if they are.

Well I just went thru my emails - unfortunately the special at Morton's ended on Sept 30 - too bad because it was really good. But I did just get an email the other day from Ruth's Chris that said they now have sizzling lamb chops or something like that! Can you tell I like steak? : ) You can't go wrong with any of the major steakhouses as far as I'm concerned!
