Where to keep big toys: Our house or grandparents' house?

Where to keep big toys: Our house or grandparents' house?
So the holiday season is quickly approaching and I am thinking of some big items for Sabrina. I am thinking of a kitchen and I am also thinking of a Lego play table (every store we have have been in that has one, she has loved it).
Now if we get her some larger items, I am trying to figure out where to put them. I would love for her to have nice things in our home for evenings and weekends but the majority of her days are at my parents' house.
If you parents watch your DC, where do you keep the big toys?

we are only at my mom's house 3-4 times a year.
he has a train table there
tool work bench thing
pool....
I would definitely leave things at their house.

My Mom used to watch DD FT while I worked (she has since passed away ) but when she was - - - I definatwly had atleast 1/2 of her stuff over there ...if you are getting 2 new big toys - how about leaving one at your house and one over there?

If they have the room, then I'd keep something at their house.
My parents live in an apartment in NYC with my sister, so they don't have the room for bigger toys. They do keep cars (my DS looovvvveeesss cars) and books there for him though.
