Where's your favorite place
to go skiing or snowboarding? Now that winter finally feels like its here, I'm getting psyched for ski season! 
I love going to Stratton or Stowe. I've never been skiing out west, but am trying to plan a trip to Snowbird this year!

my favorite place is Breckenridge CO- it has the cutest town also -
followed by Beaver Creek- which is the next exit of 1-70 heading west- it's a smaller family type mountain
( I lived there for 2 winters)
on the east coast I like vermont the best- I have only been to Killington
I am looking to plan a trip for this winter- we haven't been able to go in 2 years b/c of my DH neck- but he is all better now!

Out west - which i much prefer
I love steamboat - best tree skiing and vail great bowl skiing and apres ski and solitude -never wait in line
In the east - mount snow

My IL's have a condo at Stratton, so we always go there. HAven't been there in a few years!!

I love Stratton! We always stay at the Long trail house, which is right across the street to the ski lift. It is such a nice hotel and all the rooms have a kitchen and living room.
