Whey protein
So this morning after monitoring, I went to Starbucks to get a decaf iced latte...and I see they have the new Vivanno smoothies made with whey protein. They are SO good! I got the banana chocolate one..altho next time if I get it I may ask if they can make it with skim milk. It's made with a whole banana.
Anyhow, I was reading online that whey protein is supposed to help with egg quality. Anyone have experience with this?

DH calls me the witch doctor.  I have been doing whey protein too for about 3 months I have been drinking a shake a day. I got the big jug of whey protein from GNC, chocolate is the best. I don't know if it helps but I will try anything! I am also eating pineapple core during the 2ww.
