Whey Protein
I forgot to ask my doctor if whey protein shakes were safe to drink while pregnant. I use only all natural powders with no artificial sweetener but I wanted to make sure before I kept drinking htem. Any experience with this? Thanks!

I think so. I've been drinking them lol. Whey is just a plant protein so I'm sure it's ok.

I've been drinking them, and I asked my doctor. He said its ok, but depending on the brand just watch out for the sugar content.
