Which 3DS game for an almost 6 year old in kindergarten?

My Godson just got a Nintendo 3DS and his parents are buying him Mario Land 3D. I'd like to get him a game for Christmas. Which would you recommend?

Here's the list of kid friendly 3DS games:
MarioKart
Sonic
Pokemon
Cars
Spiderman
Happy Feet2
Dreamworks Superstar Kartz (all dreamworks characters like Madagascar, Shrek, etc)

My son only has Mario Kart from that list (he is almost 7 but got his ds when he turned 6). I recommend that one.

He is big on the lego games - batman, star wars ad esp Indiana Jones. My 4 yr old even plays that one and loves it (even though they had no clue who he was before the game). They also have a dinosaur battle game which is a big hit.

I know my nephews love Mario Kart so I'd recommend that one

I agree with Mario Kart. Not sure if he has it already but my DS loves Mario Party. He is 5.5 years old.

DS just bought Pokemon Rumble Blast for his 3DS, but he's 8.5. I'm not sure if it would be as good for a 6yo. I'm thinking of getting Mario Kart 3D for both DS and myself (yes, I bought myself my own 3DS... I didn't want to share with DS..... )

I was thinking to get him Mario Kart because he loves it on the Wii, but would that be too much of the same??? Since he has it for the Wii already?

There was a lego star wars game listed before, but now it's gone, maybe it sold out or isn't available anymore. They don't have any more of the lego games for the 3Ds it seems. He loves it on the Xbox 360 when he comes over to my place so I thought that would be cute for him.
