I found it on Sophia's Style but if you look up "Rare Editions" birthday dress, they're everywhere (including ebay).

Pink I saw the blue one in person at Macys and wasn't crazy about it. The pink is much prettier IMO

i love them both.
i think the navy is great if the birthday falls around a patriotic type date (memorial or 4th of july).
The pink is very pretty too.
I would probably pick pink.
