Which chairs?
Bottom:
in black would not have to do anything to chair ... just about brand new broyhill windsor chair. Can get this week.
or
Top
need to sand and repaint ...same price ..10 year sold form Fortunoff ladderback. I already have an elegant diningroom. May not be able to get until July...seller not sure. Image Attachment(s):

Bottom are much more comfortable looking. I would want to sit in them. I like the bottom style more if that matters.

bottom definitely, classic but modern.
the top looks too old fashion to me.
