Definitely the 2nd one ... her smile is just too precious!
Question though -- I'm not loving seeing the kitchen or whatever it is in the background -- can you (or someone who knows photoshop) perhaps blend in that background? I think that would "perfect" the picture!
(And if you don't do that, just ignore my unsolicited advice  )

#2 is cute, but I do agree with the PP about the background.
Do you have a white or black blanket you can put behind her and take the picture again so she's the focal point.
She's such a little cutie!!

2nd one, and i agree w the previous posters - see if there's anyway to either move in closer on her like a crop or change the background so she's the focus...she's too cute to have visual distractions
