Saturday morning at WW. I like it because Sat I get my flex points for the week and usually use them on the weekend.

Monday. It keeps me on plan all weekend, and then during the work week there is less chance of me being tempted at parties, etc.
If I weighed in on Fri or Sat, I'd end up blowing it the next day(s) because I'd keep on saying "Oh, weigh in is too far away....."

Monday - that way WW resets at the beginning of the week. I tend to be MUCH better during the work week and splurge a little on the weekends, so I save up my points and use them on the weekend.

I weigh in on Friday nights. This way I get my flex points for the weekend and have time to lose if I overdo it on the weekends.

Oh, I didn't add that aspect of the question. I actually get on the scale 2-3x a day  but the 'official' day is Monday, due to my explanation above.

Sunday morning, 7:30. It was the only time that I had available and if I go first thing in the morning, nothing "comes up" to prevent me from going.
