Which do you end up doing more often
When someone annoys you by saying something stupid...and then later see a chance to jab right back.....Do you do it?
Do you follow:
an eye for and eye
or
turn the other cheek?

It depends on what its about. If it something that makes them look stupid by what they are saying that in itself I turn the other cheek, but if someone is saying something that only I would see as a jab to ME then yes I would def jab back if the opportunity arises.

Matters what mood I'm in.
BUT to be honest...I usually will try to get them back with a stupid comment about something they said...
Ex: a friend of ours...her mom is in real-estate. She took us to see a house that was "perfect for us"...LONG story short it was a sh*t hole!
All she kept on saying was "this will sell in a couple of days...you should really jump on it...stop being cheap!"
Well this was 3 months ago...and the house is STILL for sale.
I couldn't WAIT to see her...and when I did I played stupid and said. WOW! I saw that house is STILL up for sale! I guess the market changed huh? You said it was SURE to sell within DAYSSSS... and I said it like 5
times!
Forgot to mention they DROPPED the price on top of it!

thats a tough one, but if I had to make a choice Id say turn the cheek. Sometimes ignorance is bliss.

depends on the situation....I try to turn the pther cheeck with my mother-in-law but it rarely works. So with her I try just do an eye for an eye.

If they accidentally put a foot in their mouth (which is usually the case), I let it go.
If it is someone who is consistently obnoxious, I'll jab 'em right back.

Try to turn the other cheek but usually go eye for at leat 2 eyes ... certainly not my best trait.

I usually turn the other cheek. but smetimes at work i can do a eye for an eye if i want to really stick it to them otherwise i wont i dont want to stoop to their level.
