I am not really crazy about the TMX Elmo. I don't know ... my sister has it and it seemed weird to me. I am crazy -- I always show toys to Emily in the store and press the try me button to see if she likes it. That helps me to decide.

Have you been able to find the TMX anywhere?

How about a simple stuffed Elmo that doesn't require batteries? My daughter has one and loves it (and it doesn't drive me crazy!)

I haven't looked the last couple of days but last week I looked and it wasn't available anywhere. Only on Craigslist or Ebay for $150 plus Chat Icon Chat Icon Chat Icon

I may just go with the Hokey Pokey one. My son is almost 1 and won't know the difference anyway.
