Which french doors? Help me choose!
This is the first: Option #1
Or: option #2
It's for our dining room. Hopefully, next year DH and my dad will be able to build a deck so you'd walk out on to a deck from the dining room.
Which one do you think? Thanks!

That's a tough choice. I like them both.
But I think I would go with choice# 2. I like the idea of the bigger doors.

I was thinking the bigger doors, too, but the sides of option 1 open and we'll have a pretty large window directly across so there will be ventilation. I liked #1 since it was s/t different but I like #2 b/c you could open both sides and have a large entrance. I'm so torn!

I like #2 because you can open both and it makes it easy to move furniture and appliances in and out of your house.

Def. #2 - I like that both doors open on this one whereas #1 only the sides do.

#2. We have the same french doors in our dining room that open to the back deck.
One important thing is that we got the doors to open IN, and not out.

We have ones similar to #2. Here are pictures. It opens from our Dr to the florida room. We got the ones with the panels inside the glass so they will be easier to clean. Image Attachment(s):

#1 looks like a more awkward setup.... I prefer #2.... and the wood interior would likely add to the ambiance, and resale value.....

That looks really nice! Thanks for posting pictures!
I'm leaning towards the traditional french doors. And they're about $300 less than the option #1!
