I asked everyone had their meeting ready and observations start monday
Eta not sure if everyone had meeting but hes starting with i guess whoever he dis meet with

My school has this all messed up. My principal created her own form for us to select our option, but apparently we were told at our union meeting this morning that we should have gotten some sort of formal paper to chose our option? Our admin has strongly hinted they want us to chose the 1 formal, 3 informal.

DH said the same thing. He ended up choosing option b for the six informals. He just picked today. Admin seemed to be hinting that teachers in good standing are better off with option b and that option a would be more necessary for teachers with unsatisfactory ratings

Interesting, never thought of it like that. I already chose option A- my principal hinted to our school to go that route.

I will just start my meetings with the teachers tomorrow. I haven't had a second to sit down, let alone meet with folks.
My teachers keep asking me what option do I want them to have. I keep telling them that it is their choice. I don't care either way.
We have 6 teachers up for tenure this year. It is going to be interesting!
