Which one would you rather sit through, Pink Floyd or Led Zeppelin?
A relative from Europe is visiting for about a month and I'm figuring out things to do with him during his stay(Some of you may know this, I posted about things to do on here).
There is a planetarium by me that does pretty neat laser shows two of them being a Pink Floyd show and Led Zeppelin show. I know he likes rock but when I ask him specifically what bands he just answers all of them. Which would you choose to sit and watch/listen to a 30 minute laser show, Pink Floyd or Led Zeppelin?

For that, Led Zeppelin. Because there's more of a choice of uptempo songs.

I went to PF one ,and it was cool ,but I think I would have enjoyed LZ more b/c of the reasons the PP posted

Led Zeppelin. I've sat seen Pink Floyd, Robert Plant & Jimmy Page.
LZ is a more "energetic" show - to say the least.

I would go to both.
these are two of my mom's favorite bands when I was a child...I grew up listening to them.
i begged to see the PF one when I was 12 years old it was awesome.
i'd definitely see the Led Zep now.

Zeppelin would be my choice because i overall prefer them to Pink Floyd - much more upbeat and a variety of songs. Pink Floyd is much more 'chill' music.
however, i've seen a Pink Floyd laser show and it was pretty damn cool (ok, i admit i might've had a slightly altered mindset at the time  )

I'm in the minority, but I'd do Pink Floyd hands down.
Don't think you can go wrong with either one, though.

I like LZ more, but for this I would choose PF. I saw a Nirvana laser show at a Planetarium and it was pretty interesting

You just made my day! When I was in HS, these were the bands the planetarium would play. I was thinking just last week- I bet now they play something more trendy/current. Its nice to know they stick with the classics!
