Which pg tests are more sensitive?
(and no I'm not hinting that I have any good news..)
Are digitals more sensitive than FRER's? Someone told me that digitals were more sensitive--- but I always thought that FRER were...
I don't have any and at this point will be sticking to the FRER's that I have if I decide to test again before the beta... but just curious. TIA!

Ok, thanks. That's what I thought- this person was pretty forceful that digitals are the most sensitive, but I really didn't think so... lol.

Stick with the FRER! Have you been on peeonastick.com? Its a great website for obsessing about POAS. Also gives you the sensitivity of HPTs.

I got a BFP with a digital before it showed up on a FRER. Not sure which one is technically the most sensitive though.

I got my first positives with FRER and Answer. My digital didn't say Pregnant until after my beta came back. Good Luck
ETA: The first few the line was very very very very light....you had to look at it a certain way. I kind of knew it was a line because after all those years of - tests I had never ever seen any sort of line so I kind of knew.

Definately FRER and actually my very first BFP (at 4dp5dt) was on one of those internet cheapie tests (the little litmus-type tests).

FRER requires less of the pregnancy hormone, therefore allowing a woman to get a BFP sooner. The digitals require MORE of the pregnancy hormone, and therefore, do not always give a BFP right away. HTH
