Which picture frame layout do you prefer?

We mounted our tv above our fireplace, and now I am left staring at a big blank wall above our couch (the wall is where our entertainment center used to reside).

Please help me decide what type of frames to put up...

Here are my options:
1) Square and rectangle collage

2) Organic Bloom copy

3) 3 Large Pictures Side by Side (or 6 in a grid?)

4) Other ?

My style is pretty traditional... It is going over a traditional leather sofa that looks like this...

Thank you! I have been staring at a blank wall for 2 years! Chat Icon

Funny..looking at this picture I never noticed it looks like my couch sits on the floor!
Another thing I noticed is the pictures were crooked. They didn't look like in person.Chat Icon

ETS: The more I look at option 2, the more they remind me of something kids would make in shop class. SorryChat Icon

I like #2. They are different than the usual picture frames you see.

I prefer option #3. Very streamlined and would flow best with the straight lines of the traditional couch.

I like #1. I actually have something similar above my couch. It's a cluster of all wedding photos.

do you want pictures? or would you like a piece of art?

we have a map above our sofa with all the places we travelled. but if we didnt do that, id probably get some metal art or a nice multi-part canvas.

Re: Which picture frame layout do you prefer?

I like #2 but those frames are too large for that size wall it's pictured in. On your wall it might make sense.

I choose other as an option. Since you have such a large wall, maybe mixing in some mirrors with the photos might be nice. It depends on what the mirrors would be reflecting.

I found that pic on Pinterest but I think they gave credit to room and board.

Thank you so much for the pic! It is nice to get a visual!

I am Chat Icon about the "shop class" comment, bc those frames are a cheaper copy of ones that are really expensive through photographers only (Organic Bloom Frames).

Re: Which picture frame layout do you prefer?

#2. your sofa has rounded edges so those frames, while they have nontraditional lines, have a softer look and I think would look good above that specific sofa. The others are too modern and stark a line, imo.

Re: Which picture frame layout do you prefer?

I like Option 3 although it seems more modern (I also usually like traditional styling). I'm all about symmetry so I like these Chat Icon

If you were to use the organic bloom type frames like they are in the 2nd pic you posted (the aqua and red pic) I would choose that one.
