Which prenatals vitamins should I take?

Which prenatals vitamins should I take?
The RE gave me a sample of NatallePLUS and CitraNatal DHA. Does anyone recommend one over the other? And should I take them a certain way?

I take the citranatal ones.. no particular reason except that I tried them first and they didnt cause any problems for me.
When I spoke to the NP she said if your ins covers the citranatal DHA to get those
I have taken them at different times and they dont cause a problem.

I've never heard of either one- I take prima care. Just check the folic acid and see if one has more than the other.

I take primacare. I haven't had any problems with them.
