White for Twins Christening?
Help me out! Do I need to dress my twin boys in formal christening garb? They will be 5 months old and the party is in our backyard after the church ceremony. We had a much more formal party with my daughter and she was dressed in all the lace and satin.... I want to dress the boys in white sailor suits with sailor cap/berets.
Is this cheesy???? Image Attachment(s):

I think for the church you should have them in all white outfits. You can change them into the sailor suits for the party

I agree.... save the cute sailor suits for the party afterwards....
here's an idea.... what about asking your parents if they still have old christening outfits (yours, your husband's, or your siblings').... it would be a nice traditional touch (as long as they fit!)... and then you only need to buy the sailor suits....
