White Kitchen Cabinets
We are going to be re-doing our kitchen this year. I LOVE the look of white cabinets, but I can't imagine how they stay clean. DD has white bedroom furniture and I am constantly cleaning it. I don't want to have to add another room to clean daily. 
For those with white kitchen cabinets, is it that much of a b!tch to maintain?

I don't find it terrible, and I'm a lazy housekeeper. About once a month I wipe them down with Mr. Clean diluted in some water. It does the trick. My cabinets are from Ikea. I think once you get your cabinets, you may need to test out different cleaners to see what works best for them- I went through a few products which didn't work as well. I love my white cabinets.

White Kitchen Cabinets
I don't find them too bad to keep clean. I was nervous about it, but now I like that I can see when their dirty. I totally wouldn't wipe them down as much if it didn't stand out, but it's not like I'm constantly doing it. I'd day I do it once a month when I notice an area is starting to look dirty.

Thanks girls. You are making me feel so much better. I don't know why, but I picture white cabinets looking so dingy and yellow over time.

We have white cabinets, and honestly, they are very rarely dirty. Its literally been a non-issue for the 10 years we have had white cabinets. I just wipe them down with my weekly kitchen cleaning and thats it, but Id do that for any color cabinets.

We just redid our kitchen with pure white shaker kitchen cabinets. Cleaning isn't an issue but I'm afraid of chipping. My sister has white with 4 boys and they are chipping like crazy. But honestly, even after seeing hers I still chose white bc I wouldn't have been happy with any other color.

it's not bad at all. you see it needs wiping, and you might wipe off the area you touch daily more often than with the darker toned cabinets, but it just becomes part of the cleaning routine.

Same. We were warned at every cabinet place we went to but I somehow didnt believe. I am having problems with my under the sink cabinets with chipping, I think from water dripping. It drives me crazy. The rest of the cabinets are fine though. I do have to wipe spills and messes from time to time but that is my family issue and would be the same no matter what color cabinet. They'd still get dirty from sloppy people who touches things with dirty hands!

I don't find it difficult at all to keep our white cabinets clean. We also have some black accent cabinetry in our kitchen and those are much harder to clean—they show everything!
