White water rafting?
Anyone gone white water rafting as a day trip from Long Island? Where did you go and how was it? Thanks in advance!

We live in NJ, but we went white water rafting using WhiteWater Challengers in the Lehigh Valley. It is an over night and we stay in Jim Thorp PA. The red roof inn is clean and serviceable. Very basic. You can camp in the woods next to Whitewater Challengers too.
We also went tubing behind a tow boat yesterday at Lakeview Marina in Lake Hopatochong NJ https://www.lakeviewmarina.com/contacts.html this was absolutely amazing.
Lastly, we also go kayaking. Both of the above offer kayaking. I also know you can do that more local to LI.https://whitewaterchallengers.com
