Re: White Wine
here's a wine tasting 101 summary...
for a heavy / rich turkey dinner, a heavy white is ideal.... maybe a chardonnay?
a quick way to find a good french wine is to both read the wine shops description (should read 'buttery, floral, vanilla, &/or citrus flavor'), and also look for "appellation controlle" on the bottle. This means it was made in a region best for that style of wine, and went through rigorous inspection by local wine testers... the wine is high quality
A white wine definitely should be chilled... ideally to slightly warmer than refrigerator temp, but frankly, if it comes out colder, it will warm in the glass quick enough

Re: White Wine
I went to The Melting Pot about a month ago, and it was a night that they were doing a wine tasting...
We previewed this wine by Stanley Lambert from Australia.... OMG - it was so good that we started serving it in the pizzeria.... The white was one of my absolute favorites!!!!
