who bought their furniture form Behr's?

I stopped in there today and loved there stuff. Do the price negotiate? How long does stuff take to come in?

I bought from Behrs. We did negotiate the price a small bit, when we brought them an ad of a competitor showing a slightly lower price. How quickly the furniture comes in depends on the manufacturer, not the store you buy it from. We got Generation Next, and it was supposed to come in 12 - 16 weeks. They got it in 8 weeks, and held it for us in their warehouse until we were ready to pick it up at no charge (we opted for pick-up rather than delivery).

We didn't really try to bargain...I just used the coupon from their website which they would have offered to me whether I brought it or not.

They told me 12 weeks (but I hear it usually comes in in 8 weeks)

We didn't negotiate either- just used the coupon available online. We ordered Pali furniture and they said it usually takes 10-12 weeks. We don't want it delivered until Sept. so it didn't matter.

We are getting it delivered b/c it was not expensive- $100 for delivery and set up. That also covers any problems for the first year...they come to the house and fix it.

We got a pali set - they told us 12-14 weeks - and it took about 16 weeks and we still don't have the conversion kit - which we really don't need yet anyway. We didn't exactly negotiate but we did get some money off as we had looked at the set a few times and they told us the price wouldn't change until the beginning of the next month so as long as we order that month we were fine - well we came back 5 days later and they raised the price more than $100 - so we were able to get the old price and they gave us the coupon.

I bought my nursery furniture when I was preggo with DS and now my DS big boy furniture there. Both times no negotiating outside of coupon/deals they have. The first time most of the furniture was in at about 6 weeks except one piece was backordered and took 12 weeks - they told me 8-12 when I ordered it so it was fine.

This time they said 6-8 but it took about 8-9 weeks and will be delivered next week.
