I just read last week that you should avoid anything with fat content. Ugh, I can't find the article now.... but if I do I'll post it for you.
ETS: OMG sorry! Nevermind, I thought you meant during labor! lol
For pregnancy, you should keep your cafine to a minimum. I've also heard about not eating sushi, cold cuts (unless heated), fish like tuna and swordfish (for their mercury content), certain cheeses that might have bacteria... There are so many lists but I think if you just keep things to a minimum you won't be depriving yourself.

Things that could potentially have any food borne illness related to them and anything high in nitrates.
Yu should limit things like salami, bacon, hot dogs, foods high in sodium. Most women don't eat soft cheeses like feta, fresh mozzerella, etc. Be careful with things like seafood. Most things in moderation are fine and also if they are fresh.
