Who can I call Snow Removal for TODAY?!? help
My DH is on a business trip and not getting back until tonight, and he said I have to shovel  or use the snow blower that I refused to learn how to use  (regretting that decision now!)... Does anyone know if there is anyone I can call to come shovel (and how much does that usually cost?)... OMG, I can NOT go out and shovel, there is just way too much snow out there!!!

So sorry. Do you have a neighbor who can help?
I never get any kids knocking on my door..haven't for years.
You can google snow removal and landscaping companies typically do that.

i used a landscaping company
they already came
i think most landscapers do this in the winter, most of my neighbors also use him as well
so he did everyone in one shot

i would try shoveling yourself first... i live in NJ, and i was just out there... it LOOKS like a lot of snow-- but, its very light and fluffy-- so its easy to shovel and move. at least out here, its not heavy and wet and hard to shovel.
try it first, and then i would think a landscaper should be able to do it for ya!

i would poke your head outside and keep an eye out for kids - offer them some money and I'm sure you'll get a taker or 2.

Thanks everyone  I will try... on LI where I am we got at least a foot of snow already, and ti's still snowin ga lot!! the "drifts" by my door are totally 2 feet... I didn't know if I could just call any random landscaping company and ask them to come? but I will suck it up and go try! Wish me luck.

OK, so I did one shovel length from my door to the driveway, got back in, took a shower, and now guess what- IT"S BLIZZARDING again    I am never allowing my DH to go away in the winter again!
