Who eats seafood for (Eve) Christmas
What are you girls doing this year?
Between Christmas Eve & Day and I was going to make calamari, shrimp, and lobster tails.
Think that is too much??

SURE......but you need to come to NC!
I am also attempting to make my 1st riceball for the Eve. Lasagna and chicken parm for Christmas day. Oh and probably cheesecake!
I want to make it special since this is out last Christmas before
It's just my DH & I so the more the merrier!

Re: Who eats seafood for (Eve) Christmas
You reminded me I have to talk to DH about this, we go to my inlaws house for x-mas eve. They probably have no idea what foods are off limits and their usuals include a coldcut platter (procciuto, ham, etc) and some seafood.
