Who else is stimming for an IVF cycle?
I know there are a few of us stimming for IVF cycles... Today was day 9 of stims. I'm on 200iu of Follistim; I start Ganirelix tomorrow morning and probably Menopur tomorrow night.
They are targeting my (first) ER for this coming weekend. I should know more tomorrow. (Much to my RE's chagrin, I skipped going today in favor of a work commitment.)
I'm going daily until they decide my follies are ready to trigger. I'm doing well, but am ready to have this overwith. The nasty headcold I got yesterday isn't helping.
Who is stimming with me?

Re: Who else is stimming for an IVF cycle?
I was told this morning that I have an 80% chance of my ER being on Saturday. I will know for sure tomorrow.
I have become a champion follie maker. I feel pretty lousy, but am very thankful for my crop. I have 20+ follicles all together; I think 17 or so were worth measuring (>10mm). The biggest ones measured 19.5 today.
Follistim tonight, another Ganirelix tomorrow morning and hopefully a trigger tomorrow night.
I am getting nervous about the ER and am less than thrilled with the docs at RSNY in Mineola this weekend. I just don't know them as well. Saketos on Saturday and Trivax if they push me to Sunday.

You have great follie count, I am so happy for you! I hope you feel better too!
Have you met Saketos or Trivax? I have heard that Saketos in the office is kind of abrupt, although I hven't had the experience myself, but she did my retrieval and was very nice to me. And Trivax..he did my surprise IUI last month, it was the only time I ever met him,but his technique was great, I never felt it, which I usually do and he was pretty funny, which was nice, I was alone b/c DH ended up having to go to work and couldn't make stay for the actual IUI.

Re: Who else is stimming for an IVF cycle?
I've seen Saketos on a few occasions and she is just okay. My least favorite of the docs I've seen, can be a little abrupt. She had a lot of trouble with an IUI once on me and although she felt bad and was apologetic, it hurt like heck.
I was really hoping for Stelling or San Roman, but I know they aren't in Mineola as often.
Just glad to be looking at an ER soon.
