He is the guy on TV that can "talk" to people who are dead. He passes messages from the dead to the living. He "sees" images from the people that translate into something meaningful for the listener.

I don't believe in that stuff, but if you watch it, its freaking spooky.
I like to watch it on TV because everyone in the audience (including JE) reminds me of people from LI, and it makes me feel all homey and familiar.

Really? I know 2 people who had readings from him and he told them things he would have NEVER known.
I truly believe you can have powers like him and if you are open to it, you can do it (probably not as much as himself) yourself.

I'm just not built to believe in these things BUT...
My friend's FIL passed away and it just so happened that her sister worked backstage on John Edward's show at the time and apparently, he channeled the dead FIL during a show. He brought her out from backstage and she called her sister and they had a whole thing right there.

I don't believe that if the Dalai Lama had the ability, he would charge.
maybe I am jaded, but too many charlatans have come before him.
I do not knock what anyone believes in...it's not like that at all. and if he does have this gift, great.
but I'd still take issue with the fact that he uses it..playing on peoples emotions, for profit.
