Who has their changing stations set up?? Can I see a pic??

I am trying to figure out how to organize this part of the room-- what do I need accessible, what do you put in the diaper caddy, etc.?

We have a long dresser, and I put a changing topper on one side, so there is room on the other side of the dresser for supplies-- I also have shelves above.

I have the wipe warmer out, a stack of diapers, a thing of Johnsons Cornstarch, a washcloth for me to wipe my fingers after applying creams etc., and when she needs it butt paste.

DS is 15mos and I've had these supplies in the caddy since his birth (and I use them all pretty much every day or close to it):

diapers
wipe warmer
sassy daiper sacks
a&d
desitin
nail clippers
vitamins
q tips
baby powder
aquaphor

in the drawer below it I keep items i dont use every day like butt paste, balmex, lotions, etc.

In the actual bin on the changing table I always had:
Diapers
Wipes
A&D lotion
Scented baggies for poop diapers

In the drawer right below that I have:
Qtips
Medicines
Hand Sanitizer
Combs
And lots of other misc. stuff.

I never kept it out, but always in the draw. It always looked cluttered to me. I the draw I kept diapers, wipes, creams and ointments. My changing tables are set up the same way as yours too.
