Who is certified in Infant CPR?
I met a woman today at the Baby Expo who teaches infant CPR. I am thinking of having her come to my house.
Has anyone done this? She said it's $40.00 a person (which I believe is a pretty standard price)
I def. want to learn it now that I have a baby.
Any thoughts at all on this? Thanks!

Anna ran a class at the Brown Dog Cafe a couple of months back.
About 20 of us are certified.
You should definitely get certified, so important.

I did the Brown Dog Cafe seminar - so I'm certified in infant/child/adult CPR. Definitely an important class to take - covered choking, etc.

I am not certified in infant. But I am in adult CPR, first aid and AED.
Is she teaching infant only or the WHOLE thing(adult and infant). I know infant CPR, I am just not certified. I don't want to redo the adult part. I just redid it in May of this year.

I was certified for 16 years, and just let it expire. I think it is a wonderful thing for every parent to know!!!!! $40 is a good price!

I am as well and used to teach it. We got a baby mannequin to teach anyone who cares for DS in our home (grandmas especially).

wow good for you! very smart and great to be so proactive.
As far as the OP, the CPR certif everyone got here, it was $50 for a 2yr certif.
its great to have, go for it !
