who is on the cores diet
i been on the cores diet but i been losing than gaining again? can some one tell me what I am doing wrong?

i am on the ww cores diet no i did not join my sister made me a copy of the paper she had from work a group of girls joined so i am trying myself! its not easy.

I recommend joining or going to a location to purchase the books- it will make your life way easier. What do you think you are doing wrong- what are you having a hard time with- why not post a sample menu for us to look at for you? I am currently on core.

i think i need to stop eating with my husband at night and also i need to do smaller portions now when i eat i need to do something . sometimes i feel like i should just take those diet pills and hopefully i will lose some weight.
