Who is your internet service provider?
How much do you pay, and do you recommend them?
Cablevision seems to offer $29 for first 6 months, but then it goes up, but it does not say to how much. Trying to save some money, but don't want triple play.

same here, I think we pay less though, maybe $39 or $45

It does go up. We have basic cable, phone and internet and it's about $125 after taxes. Crazy!

if you only have internet (no phone) you bill should be 50 a month, if you have both phone and internet, you pay 40 (both after intro rate)
If you don't need one of the best speeds in the country...why not go with verizon dsl for about 20 a month...
it's a fair amout of speed for upload pics, downloading music etc...
most people (here) are on laptops only utlize a small fraction of cablevision speeds...
