Gregory Maguire is the author, oh, I hope i am spelling his name correctly!
He wrote Wicked, Son of a Witch, and i am reading LOST right now which he also wrote, and i am enjoying it.
The beginnings are good, the middles drag, but the endings are worth hanging in for.

Yup... Gregory Maguire.
They are hard to read, at least Wicked was. I thought it was because of the "Oz" langauge (made up words) they used to describe things.

I read Wicked and Lost... I found them harder to read and I didn't really enjoy them too much
