I've become addicted to gummy vitamins since I was having very bad heartburn (not from vitamins, just in general) so I didn't want to swallow a regular multi or have to chew something that may be a little chalky/powdery.
ETA: Again - addicted - I have two three in the morning and the same when I get home from work!!  They are yummy!! So I really should just buy some gummy bears!!!!

Centrum also makes a chewable vitamin that I just started taking . . . . I take one a day. When I took children's, I still took one a day.

I've always tried to take vitamins, but I can never remember to take them.
I have a hard enough time remembering to take my BCP.

ETA: If you do a search online for all-natural chewable vitamins, you should find one. You might also try Trader Joe's . . . .

I took Flinstones vitamins all throughout my pregnancy instead of a prenatal because they made me sick. I still take them. The dr. said they're just as good.

i took 4 gummy ones a day
then the bottle got left in my hot car and it turned into mush
so i need to buy them again at costco
