I just started taking a multi-vitamin everyday...and I already notice a difference in my energy level!

Puritan's Pride CO Q10 with Red Yeast Rice (to lower cholesterol)
Now if I could just remember to take them EVERY day!

I actually just started taking vitamins yesterday but I plan on taking them from now on. Here's what I take:
Multivitamin
Vitamin D
Calcium with magnesium
Omega 3's DHA Fatty Acids

I take a multivitamin, and then other things for my tummy (flaxseed oil pill, acidophillus pill).
DH takes a multivitamin and a vitamin c pill.

I take a multi for women. I just go generic; if you compare, they have the same ingredients as name brands.
