Who took DHEA?
Anyone take DHEA and did you find success? I am thinking about taking it again. I actually had a full b/w panel done by my endo (not a RE) and he tested me for DHEA. Which I am in the range for my age group but its a huge range and I'm on the lower end.
If you know of someone who did use DHEA, or if you did yourself. How much daily and what brand?
I am a little concerned about the hair loss and the facial growth but I hope not to be on it for too long.

Can you explain more about this? I've heard of this but why do you take it? They determine if you need it by b/w?

Yeah that is what I come up with too.
It it supposedly helping older women with their egg quality and giving them eggs of a younger woman. And now they are saying it also minimized the risk of m/c in older women. I read the book Inconceivable by Julia Indichova. She did lots of supplements and this is one of them.
I asked 2 of my RE's what they thought and one said "no" and the other said "so far he hasn't seen enough proof of its effectiveness". But, also said that you need to be on it for at least 3 months to see any change and i was doing IVF in 1 month. So, he must think there is something there if he thought it out like that.

I did not take DHEA but I did take L-arginine which is suppose dto help with egg quality-I also ate eggs every day when I was timming as I read on IVF connections it could help. I think I had pretty good resulkts with my fsh (14.9)
