who uses OPK 's ?

i am thinking about buying the CBE digital OPK..

i want to see exactly when i am O'ing and not just guessing.


can you girls tell me how they work? or if its easy to use and understand?

i tested last month using 2 different kits (i started testing too early) and they were both very good & easy to understand.

You have to hold your pee for at least 4 hours and the best time to test is in the afternoon (giving time for the hormone to build up in your system)...

It's just like a preggers test as far as ease of use goes- pee on the stick. If you get a darker line than the TEST line - you're o'ing...

I used target brand and walmart brand last month. this month - i'm giving myself a break and not testing.

yea i just want to try it this month and see what happens.. im just curious to see when i am actually O'ing. since the MC i think my body is a little screwed up

what did the doc say? you saw your sisters' OB, right?

You should definitely use them if your cycle is irregular after you MC. It eliminates the guesswork- then you know if you actually did O, and if you're BDing at the right time.
