Who was is that recommended Dr. Praeger's Spinach Pancakes?
THANK YOU!!! THANK YOU!!! THANK YOU!!! Landon, who usually spits out vegetables, just ate the entire spinach pancake for lunch.
Now I am going to buy the sweet potato ones too!

What was the recipe? I don't like vegetables much at all but need to start eating so that my DS wont call me out when I make him eat veggies. I like spinach if it is in other things.

NinasMommy brought it up on my food post. We do a lof of Praeger's too - broccoli pancakes are yummy also!
Ryan also loves Gardenburgers.

You can get them in the Organic section of Stop N Shop - or I'm sure at a Trader Joe's.
Usually, they're broiled.

I got them at Waldbaums but also saw them in Stop & Shop. It was $3 for 6 of them and to heat broil for 8 minutes on each side. I am definitely getting the other varietys. He ate the ENTIRE thing, didn't spit once!

May have been me, though I'm not sure. I did write about them not long ago. DH loves these and the sweet potato version, he hates the brocoli ones.
This is one of the few sources of veggies I can get him to eat these days.
