I was
nice homes, but out of our price range. which is pretty much the case with every nice house we've seen.

that 1st house is a dump, we drove by it. if the desc is "good", that means in reality it's a crack house in there! my agent told me the true definitions of how they categorize houses and she's been right. only "mint ++++" or "diamond" is move in ready. even excellent means "needs work".
the 2nd house you posted is one we saw at an open house on Sunday. it's in HORRIBLE condition! just gross! and the basement stinks from mold!
