Yeah, they are smoking crack. I dont understand why these builders decide a main BUSY road is the place for a million dollar home. And, to be honest, its not even that nice for the price.

Thats crazy.I pay the same taxes for half and acre and a quiet street. It seems like someone built too big and is trying to re coop the money.

Yeah, um, that is not a million dollar home. What, is it sitting on top of a huge oil reserve??
Maybe 4 years ago when people were paying thru the nose for property, but not in 2011.
The fixtures and bathrooms aren't even high-end.

I see that house all the time - if you are driving towards hempstead tpke it is a few blocks before where bellmore ave and merrick ave merge. They didnt even pave the drive way and the grass is all dirt.

New construction I guess sells! But they DEF wont get that high!!

they're out of their minds...first of all the kitchens and baths are not high end in the least, if anything its a quick build and used cheap crap IMO....
