WHOA!!!! So happy!!!
My landlady comes down to talk with me. She seemed so serious. (We live in an apt in their house and we just let them know we bought a place of our own. They are the nicest people, even came to our wedding. But we are so scared they will throw us out because we are moving soon.) She walks in and says 'You need a baby shower!'  She offers their gorgeous backyard with large deck and pool.  These people have been the nicest ever!!! Oddly enough, they have the same last name (no relation). My MIL and mom were trying to figure out where they were going to have the shower as they just decided on a date and no one lives on Long Island!!
